1/20/13 Celebrate Successes!
Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!
- Arrived at the place for my playshop at a little past 8:00 am. Up until recently I‘ve been arriving late to presentations I’ve organized and I’m celebrating that I came early this time so I’d be prepared for the participants.
- Had three participants, two of whom, I’ve never met. This is the first time I’ve done a live event in which most of the attendees weren’t friends or colleagues from other things I’ve done.
- I remained authentic and true to my values yesterday. There’s often a strong pull for me to act very “up and out” and try to seem more together or upbeat than I feel.
- Identified a place where I get envious. The benefit is when I noticed something I can address it.
- I also had a hard night last night emotionally. But rather than dwell on it and allow it to ruin my day today I’ve let go of it and feel completely emotionally clear about it.
- Received some strong validation around the importance of having fun when working on creative projects.
- Yesterday as soon as I got home I put away all the stuff from the event.
- Made some progress on cleaning the little containers holding Modge Podge which have been sitting in my workspace for over a month.
- Cleared a lot of paper clutter up.

Things I’m grateful for today:
- Got outside and took a walk in the part with Michael.
- Amazon.com makes returns easy. So I can return the scanner that isn’t working and buy a replacement.
- Beautiful warm, sunny day.
- Listening to the program “Systematic Manifesting” which gives me a different perspective on clearing subconscious beliefs that may be holding me down from taking action or taking inspired action.
- Completed yesterday’s Magic Mojo Money Box program with 3 participants.
- Had the insight that if I continue doing live events, it’s important to find a venue offering food and beverages. I love the Awakening Center and at the same time it’s a lot of work to bring and set up refreshments and supplies.
- When I got home I immediately went through all my boxes, bags and folders and put stuff away. In the past I’ve tended to leave things from my programs scattered all over the house and it feels kind of chaotic. It was worth taking an hour to go through things and put things where I can find them for the next program.
- I organized all the pens, bags, clips, etc so they’re not scattered all over my desk.
- I’m alive!
- Slept nice and late today. That felt soo good.
- Despite eating what seemed like tons of junk food by day yesterday worked out pretty well calorie-wise.

1/17/13 Celebrate Successes!
Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!
- I showed up at the strategy call for our mastermind group even though I kind of felt like not attending.
- Recorded a video “Are you shoulding all over yourself?”
- My website is one step closer to coming into reality. The background and footer are very close to being done!
- Got all my errands completed.
- Have a good checklist for preparing for tomorrow’s playgroup.
- Worked out on the elliptical.
- Got through a bunch of old paper that was cluttering up my office.
- Got outline for my offers completed.
- As I was going through my old papers I noticed how little things have changed in some ways over the last ten years and this made me question. I’m seeing the need to shake things up in my life more. Do more things. Have more adventure.
- Drew an “Envy Monster”
- Read 100 Demons and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Things I’m grateful for today:
- My willingness to look at things and ask “how can this be different and better” rather than sit in gloom and resentment which use to be my M.O.
- Today is a new day. In fact this minute is a fresh new start. Every passing second is!
- The beautiful, sunny weather we’re having today!
- My health.
- I’m married to Michael Murdoch.
- Michael is healthy.
- Matthew Murdoch is my son. I always told people that I “won the baby lottery” I still feel that way about him.
- Gus was very cuddly this morning. I love waking up with him purring loudly on the comforter.
- Inky was also curled up on the bed quietly content.
- Both cats are still young and healthy.
- I’m facilitating a Mojo Moneybox Playshop tomorrow! I love teaching and learning and having fun doing both!
- I’ll be seeing a friend I haven’t been in touch with for a while.
