Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

  1. Got all the laundry washed this weekend!
  2. Got my strength training done on Saturday.
  3. Went through all the documents I received back from Shoeboxed and confirmed ones that got scanned in from one envelope.
  4. Put all the loose coupons away in a binder so they aren’t lying around all over the house.
  5. Got through all my email that had accumulated over the weekend.
  6. Put in 30 minutes on the elliptical and I spent half of that time pushing my speed as much as possible.
  7. Just about all the images are completed for my website.
  8. I’m a very teachable person. On a scale of 1 to 10 how will am I? A ten?
  9. Cleaned the cat litter and cleaned the area around it.
  10. Put away all the laundry
  11. Uploaded all of the “Your Wish is My Command” CDs so I can listen to them on my iPhone.

Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

  1. Matt passed his permit exam and has his Learner’s Permit! This isn’t my success, it’s really his. He studied and prepared for it. The celebration on my end is moving patiently through the multiple steps at the DMV office. It’s not AWFUL but there’s a lot of room for improving the experience that’s for sure. Let’s just say if I were to focus on how to make the experience a joyous one it would be an interesting challenge for me and a lot of people. Although on the other hand I’ll be for many people, the experience is a million times better than perhaps how they were treated in their native country.
  2. Didn’t eat candy as my snack.
  3. Stopped at one cocktail last night.
  4. Yesterday was a restful day which my mind and body were really demanding. Didn’t do any work. Didn’t respond to email or read email. It was a day OFF.
  5. My information product is beginning to create itself. I LOVE when that happens.
  6. The images Randy Wall created for my new website are so spot on perfect. I’ve received wonderful feedback on my comic book alter ego. It’s so gratifying when something I envisioned becomes the real thing.
  7. Had a very productive session with my biz coach George Ira Carroll on moving forward with my one-on-one coaching offers. Filled in some gaps and gave me information and advice that will keep me in momentum.
  8. It’s feeling like I’ll be creating my information product systematically by writing articles. So each article will turn into a chunk of the product. This feels good because each article will offer some value to subscribers, gives me a way to get input, and allows me to make progress as I create the product.
  9. My discomfort as I read updates on the network marketing programs I’ve signed up for. I usually don’t see discomfort as something to celebrate and at the same time I’m celebrating my willingness to be curious and ask “what am I learning about who I am” from the emotions I’m experiencing.
  10. Got all my errands and groceries completed on Thursday.

Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

  1. Listened to the audio, Shifting from Rational to Intuitve. Interesting how little of my body I use and how just a few small actions can feel so different.
  2. The decision Matt and I made to leave the DMV and try another day. Often I know I would have been saying “We’re already here so let’s just wait” but we would have been there until 5 pm. It’s hard to stop investing in something we’ve already invested a lot in but it’s often the wisest course.
  3. So a good question to ask myself regularly throughout the day is “What do I feel most inspired to do right now?” “What would be the most fun?” And to involve Brilliance in these decisions as well.
  4. Just had a cool idea to give my coaching packages names. So the free session would be called “Discover Your Superhero Mission” If you’re a secret rebel entrepreneur very often you have a mission-a big, important mission you’ve been given by the Universe. Your job is to make a “Dent in the Universe” as Steve Jobs calls it. And you may also feel, “If I just knew what that mission was” So that’s the first thing I look at with people, what IS your mission and what’s it going to take to get there and what are some simple, practical steps you can take right now to get there faster?
  5. First pass at my coaching page done.
  6. Randy is completing the images I requested.
  7. Made a larger dent in the clutter.
  8. The Doxie scanner works fantastically.
  9. I didn’t overeat yesterday which is the first step to losing thsoe extra 6 pounds I gained over the holiday.
  10. Transferred several CDs to MP3s so I can listen to them on my iPhone.
  11. Ran Drive Genius and defragged my hard drive as well as did an overall repair. Hoping this will cut down the number of “Beach Balls of Death” I get when I’m working.
  12. Also freed up 20 gigs of space on my hard drive which should also contribute to things working a lot faster. Surprised at the number of media files sitting around that are fragmented and hog space.

Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

  1. Listened to the audio, The Importance of Feeling Consistently Great. And I’m already feeling the beenfits.
  2. Knowing now that not attaining a goal is not because I’m lazy or don’t “want it badly enough.” Rather it’s often because my subconscious and body aren’t yet in alignment.
  3. That taking action from a place of inspiration IS the bsst way to go when it comes to manifesting what I desire. Sometimes I feel guilty for my resistance to struggle but really if it’s struggle it’s a sign that I’m not yet fully aligned with a goal or that the goal is the wrong one for me.
  4. Completed a template I’ll use to write copy for my website.
  5. Completed about 50% of my coaching offer page.
  6. My Anchor Hocking jars arrived and they’re BEAUTIFUL!.
  7. Decided not to attend a seminar this weekend that I’d planned to attend. I’m excited to have an entire weekend to get rid of all the paper and junk that’s been cluttering up my office for years!
  8. Realizing that no one is “taking my power” or “taking my place.” That the only person who really takes my power is me!
  9. I didn’t overeat yesterday which is the first step to losing thsoe extra 6 pounds I gained over the holiday.
  10. After spending 2 hours sitting around at the Denver Motor Vehicle Licensing place Matt and I chose to leave. Good decision!
  11. I’m back in my home office and I’m not sitting at the DMV!!!
  12. I learned that I could actually schedule an appointment!!!! for Matt to take his learners permit test!!!!! Oh Joy! How does it get even better than this?

Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

    1. Completed my weights and strength-training.
    2. Took a long walk.
    3. Had a great check in call with Keli. I’ll be interviewing her next week and it gives her an opportunity to demonstrate her program and gives me an opportunity to demonstrate how I help entrepreneurs ignite their mojo.
    4. Had a good meeting with Randy Wall about illustrations for my website and marketing materials. I really enjoy working with designers and illustrators. Especially when we’re sharing the vision and collaborating.
    5. Got everything pulled together so I can take Matt to get his Learners Permit tomorrow.
    6. Cleared up a bunch of scanned stuff from Shoeboxed. It feels so good throwing that paper out.
    7. Listened this morning to the audio recording “How to Feel Consistently Wonderful. I have a lot more insight into the mind-body-emotion connection as it relates to aligning conscious goals with my sub-conscious and body.
    8. My sense of humor seems to have returned. Thank goodness! Maybe it’s hormones?
    9. No hangover after drinking way too much tequila last night.
    10. I still have energy to get my offer written. How does it get any better than this?

Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

  1.  Arrived at the place for my playshop at a little past 8:00 am. Up until recently I‘ve been arriving late to presentations I’ve organized and I’m celebrating that I came early this time so I’d be prepared for the participants.
  2. Had three participants, two of whom, I’ve never met. This is the first time I’ve done a live event in which most of the attendees weren’t friends or colleagues from other things I’ve done.
  3. I remained authentic and true to my values yesterday. There’s often a strong pull for me to act very “up and out” and try to seem more together or upbeat than I feel.
  4. Identified a place where I get envious. The benefit is when I noticed something I can address it.
  5. I also had a hard night last night emotionally. But rather than dwell on it and allow it to ruin my day today I’ve let go of it and feel completely emotionally clear about it.
  6. Received some strong validation around the importance of having fun when working on creative projects.
  7. Yesterday as soon as I got home I put away all the stuff from the event.
  8. Made some progress on cleaning the little containers holding Modge Podge which have been sitting in my workspace for over a month.
  9. Cleared a lot of paper clutter up.

Successes large and small that I’m celebrating Today!

  1.  I showed up at the strategy call for our mastermind group even though I kind of felt like not attending.
  2. Recorded a video “Are you shoulding all over yourself?”
  3. My website is one step closer to coming into reality. The background and footer are very close to being done!
  4. Got all my errands completed.
  5. Have a good checklist for preparing for tomorrow’s playgroup.
  6. Worked out on the elliptical.
  7. Got through a bunch of old paper that was cluttering up my office.
  8. Got outline for my offers completed.
  9. As I was going through my old papers I noticed how little things have changed in some ways over the last ten years and this made me question. I’m seeing the need to shake things up in my life more. Do more things. Have more adventure.
  10. Drew an “Envy Monster”
  11. Read 100 Demons and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Some successes large and small that I’m celebrating!

  1. Held off on checking mail until I got one high priority project done.
  2. I’m taking a stronger hand with email. If it’s isn’t something I’m interested in or inspired by I’m filtering it with a label and putting it into a “read later” file. In this way I’m not getting as overwhelmed by the networking marketing stuff I signed up for.
  3. An overall stronger feeling and greater clarity about what is True for me in the moment. I’m not as pulled by conflict as I was even a couple weeks ago.
  4. I’m not as resentful and blaming others as I was — tending to blame other people for not being who I want them to be or for not giving me what I think they ought to be giving me.
  5. My idea to draw 100 demons and write about them.
  6. Did my third video yesterday. It came out pretty nice looking.
  7. My bold act this week was to make a video the topic for my Contagious Marketing ezine. I like being able to experiment. It was bold because I’m afraid I’ll lose a lot of subscribers but so be it.
  8. Got everything out on time yesterday and I believe in pretty decent shape.
  9. Sent a note to Randy and have an appointment to meet with him next Monday.
  10. Sent a note to Mark Fay which he acknowledged although he’s not able to act on it at the moment.
  11. Did a bunch of strength training exercises yesterday.

Some successes large and small that I’m celebrating!

  1. Did my strength training exercise.
  2. Took breaks during the day. A lot of times I blow them off.
  3. Purchased software to get my Mac running better. I think there’s a lot of crap on the drive and it’s slowing things down.
  4. Purchased some good quality clear glass jars to store things in in a way that’s more attractive than plastic Stearlite boxes.
  5. Minimal junk food yesterday..just some Tootsie rolls.
  6. Took time out and reach out to other people when I felt overwhelmed and just couldn’t get myself inspired to take any action.
  7. Cleaned the cat litter.
  8. Put some stuff that has been sitting around away.
  9. Bought Matt all his school books so he’ll have them by Friday this week.
  10. Listed my celebrations today!!
  11. I’m back in touch with my inspiration today!

1/6/13 Things to Celebrate!

MC900197926

Things I’m celebrating Today

cgrats1

  1. Finding about 20 images related to the word “congratulations” that were NOT insipid, sentimental, or created for kunder the age of 7. The above image example of a typical “congratulations” graphic: I’m pretty sure I was over these types of graphics by the age of 8 but they’re legion on the internet. Soo sweeet. Blech!
  2. Got the video Heather did for the Mojo Money Box event on my flash drive. Considering the lighting in the room and the acoustics, the video came out remarkably well. I’m wondering what it will take to edit it. I’m setting some time aside in the upcoming week to see what I can get done in an hour.
  3. Yesterday was a relatively junk-food free day. Yay!
  4. Created my 2013 Live Bold card which I’ll be sending people by snail mail or by email. I love creating graphics like this one.
    Print
  5. Got all my strength training completed on Friday and my elliptical in. This is one of my goals for today.
  6. Invited most of my FB friends to my Mojo Money Box event. It didn’t feel nearly as scary and traumatic as it did the first time I sent an invite to this many people.
  7. Spoke up in response to a blog post where the energy didn’t feel good without making it about the other person. It’s challenging for me.
  8. After yelling at my teenager for not emptying the dishwasher I went downstairs and apologized sincerely. Although I have to admit it feels good to let off steam now and then.
  9. I am fucking loving my new scanner. It’s the total bomb! I’m getting rid of all those pesky little scraps of paper that used to litter up my office. And it’s so much easier to deal with than Shoeboxed. I’m going to go back to using a free account although I suspect they’ll continue to downgrade the services available to free accounts.
  10. I’m pretty much complete with redoing my closet. Now much of the work will be optimizing my wardrobe.
