<li><span style="line-height: 14px;">Held off on checking mail until I got one high priority project done.</span></li>
<li>I&#8217;m taking a stronger hand with email. If it&#8217;s isn&#8217;t something I&#8217;m interested in or inspired by I&#8217;m filtering it with a label and putting it into a &#8220;read later&#8221; file. In this way I&#8217;m not getting as overwhelmed by the networking marketing stuff I signed up for.</li>
<li>An overall stronger feeling and greater clarity about what is True for me in the moment. I&#8217;m not as pulled by conflict as I was even a couple weeks ago.</li>
<li>I&#8217;m not as resentful and blaming others as I was &#8212; tending to blame other people for not being who I want them to be or for not giving me what I think they ought to be giving me.</li>

<li>Did my third video yesterday. It came out pretty nice looking.</li>
<li>My bold act this week was to make a video the topic for my Contagious Marketing ezine. I like being able to experiment. It was bold because I&#8217;m afraid I&#8217;ll lose a lot of subscribers but so be it.</li>
<li>Got everything out on time yesterday and I believe in pretty decent shape.</li>
<li>Sent a note to Randy and have an appointment to meet with him next Monday.</li>
<li>Sent a note to Mark Fay which he acknowledged although he&#8217;s not able to act on it at the moment.</li>
<li>Did a bunch of strength training exercises yesterday.</li>
