Things I’m truly grateful for today:

  1. Inky is curled up in my lap looking very content. There’s something about a happy cat that makes me feel happy and content.
  2. My new mastermind begins today. I’m lucky to have a mastermind group to work with. The last group made a huge difference in moving my business forward.
  3. My size 6 boot-cut jeans still fit well.
  4. The Quick Ignition consult I did with Keli was wonderful. I got some really helpful feedback from her about what was working for her.
  5. The continued message to apply what I learn as quickly as possible. This seems to be one of my developmental edges because I tend to want to keep things in my head.
  6. Completed the layout for my one-pager that covers my coaching packages. I still have work to do but it’s a really good beginning!
  7. Today during the mastermind I’m going to focus on the question “what can I learn?” Because there’s always a lot of stuff I can learn.
  8. The final image for my website sidebars is complete.
  9. My physical health. Very thankful!
  10. The people closest to me: Michael and Matthew are both healthy.

Things I’m truly grateful for today:

  1. I’m feeling peaceful and focused right now.
  2. Found a pair of comfortable pants for Spring. I’ve been craving looser, more flowing clothes lately which doesn’t seem to be in style but that’s what my body has been asking for.
  3. The soreness and stiffness I was feeling in my neck is gone although the fact it’s showing up again means I need a new, firmer pillow.
  4. Had a really affirming consultation yesterday with Ashi about my work space. It feels good to know that working in a space that nourishes me spiritually. Sometimes I feel guilty for being so picky about my surroundings.
  5. I also enjoyed the confirmation of aquiring just a few exquisite things is a way to experience material products. I really love that idea that rather than fill our homes with stuff we can wait until we find just the right thing to fit into a particular space. Again this is a way to occupy a place rather than to just fill it up. What would it be like to not have a lot of stuff? What would it be like to fill up every unoccupied foot? What would it be like to leave some parts of a room unoccupied until the right furniture or fabric came along to be there? I like the consciousness and deliberateness involved in living this way.
  6. Got the Internet working again.
  7. Working in the attic space. There’s a lot more light in here!
  8. I am very grateful for my physical healthy and my energy and concentration.
  9. I’m grateful to have the time this morning to take a moment to say thank you.
  10. The insights I had about the rightness of fit when it comes to hiring a personal trainer. I had a thought that was very helpful to me.
  11. Looking at Inky’s silhouette against the bright window he’s looking down at the trees and probably watching the birds. There’s something very calming about watching him. Cats are so still when they’re observing their prey until of course they pounce. But there’s something very Zen-like about how cats behave.

Things I’m truly grateful for today:

  1. Not feeling the dread I usually feel on Monday mornings. As I’m learning more about alignment of goals I have a greater sense of control over the projects I take on and how I feel about them. I also feel less responsible for outcomes and this lowers the pressure on me to “make stuff succeed.”
  2. Wearing a comfortable pair of pants. For some reason I’m wanting to wear softer more flowing things lately after wearing so many pairs of skinny jeans.
  3. Got a really good night’s sleep last night.
  4. Minimal junk food yesterday.
  5. My physical health because if I don’t feel well physically nothing else is really possible.
  6. I can read books on my iPhone.
  7. I have a little reading light that uses a single LED. It gives me enough light to read a book but Michael can still sleep and not be bothered by the light
  8. Michael is healthy.
  9. Matt is healthy.
  10. My cats Inky and Gus are healthy.
  11. Matt is doing well in school on his own. He cares about his grades and works at them.

Things I’m truly grateful for today:

  1. I spilled some coffee and it ended up on my apron instead of my nice white Tshirt!
  2. I can hear squirrels running on the roof when I work in the attic.
  3. It’s a cloudy day and the attic will stay cool. When it gets warm up here it’s challenging to cool.
  4. I’m learning new tricks for manifesting what I consciously desire by bringing my subconscious and body into alignment.
  5. I can spend the day doing things that bring me joy. 150 years ago I would right now be baking bread so we would have bread to eat for the next few days. Then I would be making soap. Then I would be using the soap to wash people’s clothes and so on.
  6. We have Netflix so even if we spent 2 hours watching a so-so movie, it’s still amazing that we can even stay at home and choose among hundreds of movies to watch as soon as we want to.
  7. I have clean water to drink. I turn a handle and like magic, clean water comes out of the tap. The water may not be the purest or ideal but at least there isn’t anything in it that will make me dangerously ill or kill me in a week. Once upon a time a drink of water could give you cholera which would kill you in a few days.
  8. Inky and Gus are six years old and in good health and content and well cared for. They’re not feral in which case they might be dead by now of starvation or sickness or injury.
  9. Matt passed his permit test. I didn’t really doubt he would but he seemed to have some concerns. So Matt can start learning how to drive and in not too long he’ll be driving.
  10. Being married to my husband, Michael Murdoch.
  11. Living in the front range of Colorado. There’s still something so magical about looking west from the great plains and see the mountains. It’s such perfect proof of the power of the natural world we live in.

Things I’m grateful for today:

  1. I’m alive!
  2. I’m learning to live less in my head and more fully in my entire body.
  3. My physical well-being because without feeling wonderful physically I can’t accomplish much else.
  4. The anxiety and sense of conflict I’ve been in. I used to feel that when I felt anxious, sad, or conflicted it was weakeness on my end. That it showed I was wrong. Because “winners” if you would, always feel 100% confident and sure of themselves. What I’m learning is that it is simply information that I’m not fully in alignment with my body and subconscious and I’m not quite making a decision or acting from what is really true for me.
  5. I’m learning how to move more quickly which includes changing my relationships with people. Not ending relationships necessarily, but shifting roles.
  6. Loving my new Doxie scanner. Works so simply and well. Love the Fujitsu but it was a lot more tempermental.
  7. I’ll have the entire weekend for my own projects. I would love to have all those folders in my office put away by the end of the day Sunday!
  8. The new outfit I put together using brown ankle pants and a block print cotton lawn blouse. Really pretty, springlike, and feminine.
  9. Inky and Gus.
  10. Michael
  11. Matthew.
  12. People in my life like Keli Conci who are powerful and having big hearts.
  13. My new website which I love because it’s so ME!!!
  14. Being married to my husband, Michael Murdoch.
  15. My son, Matt.
  16. Received the Anchor Hocking glass jars. They’re even nicer looking than they were in the photographs.
  17. Inky doesn’t seem to hate his hairball medicine as much as some of the other brands I’ve tried. I don’t have to stalk him to get some on his paw.
  18. I’m alive!

Things I’m grateful for today:

  1. My sense of humor seems to have returned big time!
  2. I’m losing the weight I gained over the holidays!
  3. My physical health because without that nothing else is possible.
  4. I’ve been sleeping less and it doesn’t seem to be affecting my overall wellbeing.
  5. People in my life like Keli Conci who are powerful and having big hearts.

Things I’m grateful for today:

  1. Got outside and took a walk in the part with Michael.
  2. Amazon.com makes returns easy. So I can return the scanner that isn’t working and buy a replacement.
  3. Beautiful warm, sunny day.
  4. Listening to the program “Systematic Manifesting” which gives me a different perspective on clearing subconscious beliefs that may be holding me down from taking action or taking inspired action.
  5. Completed yesterday’s Magic Mojo Money Box program with 3 participants.
  6. Had the insight that if I continue doing live events, it’s important to find a venue offering food and beverages.  I love the Awakening Center and at the same time it’s a lot of work to bring and set up refreshments and supplies.
  7. When I got home I immediately went through all my boxes, bags and folders and put stuff away. In the past I’ve tended to leave things from my programs scattered all over the house and it feels kind of chaotic. It was worth taking an hour to go through things and put things where I can find them for the next program.
  8. I organized all the pens, bags, clips, etc so they’re not scattered all over my desk.
  9. I’m alive!
  10. Slept nice and late today. That felt soo good.
  11. Despite eating what seemed like tons of junk food by day yesterday worked out pretty well calorie-wise.

Things I’m grateful for today:

  1. My willingness to look at things and ask “how can this be different and better” rather than sit in gloom and resentment which use to be my M.O.
  2. Today is a new day. In fact this minute is a fresh new start. Every passing second is!
  3. The beautiful, sunny weather we’re having today!
  4. My health.
  5. I’m married to Michael Murdoch.
  6. Michael is healthy.
  7. Matthew Murdoch is my son. I always told people that I “won the baby lottery” I still feel that way about him.
  8. Gus was very cuddly this morning. I love waking up with him purring loudly on the comforter.
  9. Inky was also curled up on the bed quietly content.
  10. Both cats are still young and healthy.
  11. I’m facilitating a Mojo Moneybox Playshop tomorrow! I love teaching and learning and having fun doing both!
  12. I’ll be seeing a friend I haven’t been in touch with for a while.

So many things to be grateful for today!

  1. I’m alive!
  2. My health is great!
  3. I didn’t have the flu (thought I did because my brother-in-law had it).
  4. Michael is healthy and doesn’t have the flu either.
  5. Matt is my son.
  6. Matt received a bunch of emails from colleges and universities that were impressed with his standardized test scores. I think it’s the first time he’s gotten recognition from the outside world for his own abilities and achievements. He was happy to get the attention and recognition and also said he hadn’t really done anything yet. I’m proud of Matt and proud of how modest he is. It seems like Matt may end up in a leadership role eventually because he has such strong opinions about the way things should work. I wonder how that will show up for him?
  7. Had a fantastic session with Kristin Luce yesterday. More little monsters and demons to clear out. There were a bunch that popped up for me.
  8. Kristin really groks what I’m stepping into and I’m grateful to be understood as the leader I am. She’s helping me stay on course in terms of reminding me that being 100% myself and showing up fully in my business is my contract with the universe. If I don’t do it how many people won’t because they didn’t have someone who showed them it was possible.
  9. Everything I’ve allowed myself to fully receive from George Ira Carroll especially his love and kindness.
  10. My willingness to follow my knowing rather than my fear.
  11. My willingness to live in the possibility and question rather than trying to figure it all out.

Thank You for:

  1. The food I’m eating right now for my breakfast.

  5. Michael and that he’s healthy.
  6. Matt and for Matt’s health.
  7. George calling me late yesterday afternoon to check in .. it meant a lot to me and it helped me clear some shit.
  8. The reminder that EVERYONE no matter how where they are in life still have problems that they struggle with. And that their problems are every bit are painful as mine.
  9. For the reminder that where other people are isn’t any of my business. Comparisons are stupid.
  10. For allowing me to feel happy when my friends and peers are successful rather than envious.
  11. I’ll be talking with Kristin today.
  12. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
  13. The clean air I’m breathing.
  14. The sunshine.
  15. The beautiful trees I can see through the window.
